Kim Kardashian's little snowball kitten Mercy prematurely passed away yesterday after only living for 4 months.

An adorable little kitty that rapper Kanye West gave to his girlfriend in September, Kim adored the white Persian until she discovered she was allergic to cats. Devastated by the circumstances, Kim told her Twitter followers Friday, "I had fallen SO in love with Mercy that I wanted to try everything I could to keep her, but I didn't think it was safe to resort to injections."
Back in October 16, Kim decided to place the baby 'kitty galore' under the care of her sister Khloe's assistant Sydney Hitchcock, whom lost her own cat of 17 years.
A quickly deteriorating ordeal, Kim Kardashian sent out a very concerned twitter post: "After a couple of weeks Mercy got really sick and Sydney had to rush her to the vet. They discovered she had a stomach problem that we weren't aware of. Poor little Mercy died the very next day."
On November 26, doctors confirmed that baby Mercy was "limp and not moving." The next day, Mercy was euthanized.
The cause of Mercy's death was revealed to be an aggressive cancer-like virus that attacked Mercy's stomach. Not only is Kim heartbroken, but Khloe's assistant Sydney is overwhelmed with sadness as she losses yet another pet cat so soon after losing her own.
A source told E! News,"Kim is really upset. She was upset about Mercy dying and upset that she was trying to do something nice for Sydney and then she fell into a situation where [Sydney] had to grieve another kitty. Kim called the breeder and said they should be more responsible."
In another recent Twitter, Kim posted, "Mercy was a gentle and loving kitten and we are all going to miss her so much. Thanks to Sydney for making Mercy's short life one filled with love. RIP Mercy Xo"
